Mag. Dr. Stefan Eder consults primarily start-ups and is active in the areas of real estate, compliance and financing, e.g. he currently advises two listed companies on compliance issues, and the Austrian Association of Cities and Towns and its members on financing issues.
With Dr. Eder, you have a strong partner at your side. From more than 25 years of experience, he knows how companies are successfully founded, financed and managed. He knows the pitfalls and can distinguish between the important and unimportant. Due to his long standing experience you will never hear the argument “We have always done it this way” from him – he does not refrain from breaking new ground if it is the best solution for your company.
His support goes beyond mere legal advice. He also arranges contacts and offers access to his network. A further plus point: he received his “Magister” for his studies of business informatics. Obviously the world of information technology has changed considerably in the last 30 years – but what has remained constant is his interest and affinity for this area.
In the real estate sector, he primarily advises on cross-border M&A transactions. He has been involved in several major real estate deals in recent years, including the sale of the Vienna IZD Tower. The owners of the office tower had already used his support during the purchase, then entrusted him with the legal support of the operative business and commissioned him again for the sale. A good example of the quality of his work.
