Stephan Kirnbauer joined the Benn-Ibler team in June 2020. Initially, he worked as a legal assistant. On October 11, 2021, he began his training as an associate.

In addition to his law studies, Kirnbauer also successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installation technician and worked in this profession for several years. The knowledge he acquired in this process – including reading and drawing up technical plans – also benefits him in handling a wide variety of cases.

He wrote his diploma thesis in the field of corporate law on the topic of “Adoption of resolutions in the general assembly”. Another area of interest is crypto law, for example legal issues in connection with blockchains and cryptocurrencies, on which he has already published.
